Farm machines are hard on a hydraulic system: long days at partial load, dust and heat, cold starts, and operators who expect smooth, precise control. Hytek designs its pumps, motors and transmission units for these conditions, and its agricultural range covers the whole machine: travel, header, picking, hoisting and steering.

Hytek internal gear pumps on farm machines
Internal gear pumps are the product Hytek is best known for: it has been the No. 1 supplier of internal gear pumps for injection moulding machines in China for three years in a row (China Plastics Machinery Industry Association, 2020–2022). Tractors: hoisting and implement hydraulics
On a tractor Hytek proposes a simple, robust system for the hoisting circuit: a load-sensing open-circuit pump, an internal gear pump for the auxiliary functions and a proportional valve group for the implements.

Crawler machines: closed-circuit travel
Tracked machines need torque and fine speed control on every kind of terrain. Hytek builds the travel system as a closed-circuit hydrostatic transmission, in two layouts:

Harvesters
Combine, rice, sugarcane and cotton harvesters
Harvesters combine two jobs in one machine: moving it across the field and driving the working head. Hytek solves both with closed-circuit hydrostatic systems, built from the same pump and motor series you find in the Hydraut catalogue.
Wheat and corn combine harvesters
- Closed-circuit travel with a variable pump and motors for the wheels, with accurate displacement control for a hassle-free drive.

Rice harvesters

Hydrostatic transmission units
HT and HMT: pump and motor in a single unit
For small and medium agricultural machines Hytek offers a different approach to the closed circuit: the HT and HMT hydrostatic transmission units, in which pump and motor are integrated in one compact body. They are developed specifically for agricultural machinery, to make better use of the drive power in a smaller space.
