The first level of quality control takes place at source, in our partners' facilities. With standards that surprise the European market.
China is today among the world leaders in hydraulics — including, and above all, in quality control. HUADE and HYTEK have testing systems that are more structured and technologically advanced than those of most European hydraulic workshops. This means something concrete: the standard products our customers receive arrive already thoroughly tested before they even leave the factory.
Performance and durability test benches
Every Hytek product is designed and validated on dedicated test benches: one for performance, one for durability. Both are driven by a main motor of up to 560 kW, with speeds of up to 6,000 rpm — enough to cover the operating conditions of most hydraulic pumps and motors, including high-speed, low-displacement applications.
High-precision measurement
During testing, the product's behaviour is monitored by high-precision sensors: the pressure transducers have an accuracy of 0.1% over a range of 0-60 MPa, while the main flow meter reaches an accuracy of ±0.3% over a range of 2-600 L/min. This allows precise measurement of input power, flow rate and efficiency.
Raw material quality
Huade has a 500 kW test bench alongside 13 in-line production benches, and an in-house foundry that controls the quality of the cast iron right from the raw material, monitoring porosity even before machining.
This is the first of two levels of control. When we assemble, configure or repair a product in Italy, we add a second one on our own test bench.
